The Copernicus for Water Management workshop intends to explore the relevance of the Copernicus Space Component and the Copernicus Services (and their planned evolutions) to a number of Water Management issues, with reference to the Water Framework Directive and the Marine Strategy Framework Directive. In particular, the workshop will:

 

  • Explore the user needs related to the domain of Water Management at international, EU, and National/Local level
  • Summarise the current (and planned for the near future) Copernicus offer
  • Discuss potential Copernicus evolutions (Space Component + Services) to address the identified gaps

 

The event is open and free to registered participants.
